Check box if you you agree to the level of commitment; that payment will be made in full; the cancellation terms; and the Okanagan Similkameen Healthy Living Fair Society has authorization to use and retain your company logo and contact details; the level of commitment noted above; and that payment will be made in full.

The Okanagan Similkameen Healthy Living Fair Society invites applications from commercial and non profit exhibitors who wish to provide information about products or services that support healthy active living and are regulated under the Health Professionals Act of BC. While the society’s scope includes both traditional and complimentary or alternative therapies, we encourage the presentation of information that is supported by scientific evidence, and the organizing committee reserves the right to decline applicants if there is doubt about: the safety of their products or services; the ethics of their commercial practices.

Cancellation Terms: In the event the Exhibitor would have need of withdrawing from this contract, all cancellations must be in writing and must be received no later than end of the business day Friday, January 12th, 2018. In all cases, a $50.00 (Cdn) administrative fee will be deducted from the total contract value. Payment of said approved refund, less the $50.00 administrative fee, will be paid out within one-month from date of written cancellation.
